Great place! Immediate attention ! Both John Case and Jeff Novak were very helpful and attentive to MY needs. Will go back to them for sure. Have not used the Service Department yet. However, I am sure that their service will be as good as the attention that I received from both John and Jeff.

I have been looking for a corvette for over two years, and a few months ago I was burned by another dealership because I was an out of state buyer and they did not take me serious. When this car showed up online I immediately inquired about it. I informed Matt of my last experience and he told me he was going to make sure that this would be the best buying experience that I would have. Matt was extremely prompt, and treated everything with urgency. He even went the extra mile to detail my car for the journey back home. Buying a car should never be a hassle. "Extremely frustrating experience "
I purchased a 2014 F250 with only 23,000 miles last week. Since I was buying it from out of state, I relied on your company to be honest and forthcoming about the condition of the vehicle. Upon receiving it, I have found severe rust damage that has had immediate consequences in just the first week of owning it, and promises to cause many more problems in the future. Already the vehicle has a broken exhaust, the TPMS system continues to show a fault even after replacing sensors in the tire, the navigation system stopped working and the passenger side mirror is not operating with the control. Just fixing these immediate problems is estimated to cost thousands of dollars. I have emailed the salesperson Joey Hurtick and included pictures. He referred me to the general sales manager John Stone. It has been two days and John has not returned my call. I understand the vehicle is used and cannot be expected to be perfect. I'm open to reasonable solutions that are fair to everyone. But clearly the fact that this extensive damage was not disclosed, and was not considered in the purchase price, is unacceptable. I will be contacting the OH Attorney General's office shortly. I would prefer to work out a mutually acceptable resolution with your business instead.
