Emailing me when service is due, dropping off and picking me up at the mall so I didn't have to wait for my car to be done, and JP (the finance guy) is always a kick in the pants. Not only to they find me the car I want/need at a great price, they do a great job with making me feel like family whenever I'm around. More

The customer service here is expectional.I worked with Fernando who was very professional and polite. He was very informative and made sure I didnt feel pressured at all. He made the experience very pleasant. I have always been very picky when it comes to my cars, and I was even more specific this time around. Marin Acura made sure I got exactly what I wanted, The entire staff was very helpful, including Edmund who took me on a test drive, and Daniel Munoz who was able to help me get comfortable with the amazing features on my new RLX. MY SALES PERSON EDMOND, I MUST SAY THAT I WAS TREATED SO NICELY BY HIM. WE LOOKED AND LOOKED AND LOOKED AND I FINALLY MADE UP MY MIND. NEVER ONCE DID HE LOOK STRESSED OUT BY MY INDECISION. EDMOND MADE ME FEEL MORE THAN COMFORTABLE. THE ENTIRE STAFF AT MARIN ACURA IS JUST GREAT. SO FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. EDMOND HAS EVEN MADE FOLLOW UP CALLS TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS GOOD WITH THE CAR. HE WAS FANTASTIC!!! NOW THERE IS DANIEL. DANIEL IS SO BRIGHT AND BUBBLY AND A SERIOUS BOOK OF KNOWLEDGE. HE SPENT OVER 2 HOURS WITH ME EXPLAINING EVERY SINGLE DETAIL THAT I NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT MY CAR. DANIEL IS SUCH A PLEASURE AND ASSET TO MARIN ACURA!!! ADDITIONALLY, THERE IS THE TEAM OF JP AND ALEX.. WELL WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THEM. IT IS NEVER ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER. THEY ARE GREAT!!!
