I came into the automotive sales business for the first time in early 2016, and although I have not been doing this for very long I have done very well. The Rasberry Family : Throughout my car buying experience I never had such a Professional, Respectful and Courteous experience from none other then the team at Brogan Cadillac. I was greeted by several members of the team pleasantly. However, when my salesperson Andy called me I was so impressed with his initial outstanding customer service skills, which allowed me to really feel that I choose the right dealership, The process was inviting from step 1 until the final procedures of leaving with our select vehicle. We fell a very warm spirit with the Brogan Cadillac team assisting Andy by providing total professional service throughout our car buying experience. Super Salesperson! Alex greeted us at the showroom door with a smile. He was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for in a new vehic Alex greeted us at the showroom door with a smile.
