Can’t recommend Brogan more We come back to Brogan again and again - picked up our fourth Cadillac and 3rd XT5 today, and we could not be happier with the service. As usual, Alex was excellent - made the leasing process simple and quick, always kept us in the loop, and never once acted like his life depended on the deal. Surprisingly convenient and fair. Alex Santos of Brogan Cadillac in Totowa, NJ took my wife and me on two test drives about 7 months before we were actually ready to lease a car. He wa Alex Santos of Brogan Cadillac in Totowa, NJ took my wife and me on two test drives about 7 months before we were actually ready to lease a car. He was very polite, knowledgeable and non-pressuring. Both of us were so impressed that we kept his card and surprised him with a call in May. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock, but he found one on order to a dealer who trades with Brogan. I wanted to secure that car as was willing to visit the dealer to place a deposit, but Alex took care of it over the phone, saving me a trip. When the car arrived, we worked out a deal over the phone, including my trade-in car value. What made this even better for my wife, who hates the whole process of getting a new car, was the delivery of the car to our home. To top that, the car, that I expected to only have one option package and 2 single options, had 2 more options for the lease terms for the lesser equipped model; and, the trade value was even higher than we negotiated, meaning I was due a refund. Overall this was the best and most convenient car leasing experience I’ve ever had. More
