I came into the automotive sales business for the first time in early 2016, and although I have not been doing this for very long I have done very well. Surprisingly convenient and fair. Alex Santos of Brogan Cadillac in Totowa, NJ took my wife and me on two test drives about 7 months before we were actually ready to lease a car. He wa Alex Santos of Brogan Cadillac in Totowa, NJ took my wife and me on two test drives about 7 months before we were actually ready to lease a car. He was very polite, knowledgeable and non-pressuring. Both of us were so impressed that we kept his card and surprised him with a call in May. They didn’t have the car I wanted in stock, but he found one on order to a dealer who trades with Brogan. I wanted to secure that car as was willing to visit the dealer to place a deposit, but Alex took care of it over the phone, saving me a trip. When the car arrived, we worked out a deal over the phone, including my trade-in car value. What made this even better for my wife, who hates the whole process of getting a new car, was the delivery of the car to our home. To top that, the car, that I expected to only have one option package and 2 single options, had 2 more options for the lease terms for the lesser equipped model; and, the trade value was even higher than we negotiated, meaning I was due a refund. Overall this was the best and most convenient car leasing experience I’ve ever had. More
