Not only did he provide my wife and I the best car buying experience, but he provided the best customer service experience across all industries we have ever encountered. I can’t say enough about how Alex went above and beyond for us. Alex and I started chatting on a Monday about a very difficult and highly sought after vehicle. I explained to Alex we would have to fly in on Saturday to buy the truck. He kept in constant communication and was readily available to answer all questions and provided updates throughout the week. He made it possible to get a truck that is so difficult to find. He took care of my wife by picking her up on time at the airport, treated her to Starbucks, and had everything in line for a painless car buying experience. This enabled her to get on the road home, quickly! The gratefulness we feel for Alex and the superb customer service he provided makes us want to only buy vehicles from him…even if it means flying to Ontario and driving 5 hours back home! It’s so refreshing to come across an individual who shows such passion and knowledge for their job! I would rate Alex 20 out of 10 if I could! More
