Jose was completely different. He was down to earth, genuine, and straight to the point. At no point did I feel like he was xxxxxxxxxxxx me, playing games, or trying to pressure me into something. He listened to what I wanted, worked with me, and ultimately beat the other offers I had been given. What I appreciated most was that he made the entire experience feel comfortable and transparent. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re comparing multiple dealerships and trying to make sure you’re getting a fair deal, but Jose made the process feel easy. I can honestly say I left feeling like I didn’t just find a good deal — I found a salesperson I’d be comfortable coming back to.
