Well, they take care of your car and they treat your time as a valuable commodity. It’s as if they feel “ no one wants to sit around at a dealership and eat chips and soda for hours “ and so they seem to wan as a valuable commodity. And the dealership is clean, modern, air conditioned and … for lack of a better word “Fresh”. Everyone seems to have a real smile, not the plastic clown face you can sometimes get from dealerships.
