Mario was fantastic! We had an appointment at 7:00pm and was coming from Carlsbad for a Tesla. Mario stepped in and saved the day. From the moment we called the dealership, Jose was honest and welcoming. It felt as though we were VIP’s. There was no hassle, expectation, or judgment.
