Customer service from the sales representative is terrible. All around terrible service. When I first arrived, all the paperwork was filled out already, without my input or consent! When I went to ask to add extra services like Gap Insurance and a specific service package, and even to add on the Mercedes LED logos on my car door, Alex the sales person told me that I couldn’t because Mercedes of Princeton does NOT offer these extra services for my purchase; when I’m all reality he didn’t want to redo the paperwork when he shouldn’t have filled it out without me anyway! He literally declined all the extra services on paperwork and just sold me the car, nothing more and nothing less and tried to talk me into getting GEICO gap insurance when GEICO DOSENT EVEN OFFER GAP INSURANCE! A TRUE SEND OFF! Their communication is terrible. Instead of genuinely listening to what you have to say they tell you what you’re going to do which is very offensive. Also, I bought my NEW car August 7th and they gave me temporary tags that expire on the 5th of September. I have been calling attempting to get status updates since 2 weeks before the end of August and have yet to get a specific response. Not even the sales manager seems concerned of this and told me that MVA gave an extension of tags due to the pandemic however this is untrue as this extension has been lifted MONTHS AGO and anyone caught driving with expired tags will be ticketed! So just relaying false information just to get me off of the phone. Again, to reiterate I have to call them for any updates, they will NOT call me after I repeatedly asked them to inform me of any and all updates without me asking, which they completely ignore. So many more problems I had with the staff and the whole Mercedes Benz of Princeton location but it’s just too much to type. Worst experience ever and I would not recommend anyone to come and purchase a vehicle from here. I want to give only a half star just because I like my car, and the person who explained the car to me was very thorough. Other than that Mercedes of Princeton deserves 0 stars as I feel absolutely robbed! More

They definitely treated me with respect, courtesy, and made me feel like a family member of family. Robert took his time to help me understand everything about my new 2021 Class A 220 W4. It felt good that someone took the time to show me all of the benefits of this beautiful piece of machinery which by the way you can see that Robert has much pride and definite know how of these cars. That shows to me how much he loves his job, the people he works with and the company he works for, Mercedes Benz of Princeton. Thank you Robert for making my 50th Birthday feel so very very special!
