Two weeks ago I purchased a 2018 certified pre-owned E400 coupe from this dealer and my car has spent the last week at another dealer because of a malfunction with the driver’s side heated seat. They have been unable to find the problem. I noticed this the day after I purchased the car and I thought I wasn’t using the seat correctly. Soon their after I realized their was something wrong with the car. I’m very upset about the fact that this car was sold to me in this condition. I emailed the dealer’s general manager about this several days ago and he has still not responded.

Correct. Your taking my money went very smoothly. It’s the fact that you sold me a car with a problem, lied to me every step of the way there after and then completely washed your hands of me within less than a week of buying a car from you. I will never do business with you again nor will I recommend your dealership.
