Alex and Robert made the whole buying experience quick and easy. But they forgot to give me my hard copy insurance card before I left. It was never sent to me either. The Mercedes Me app does not and easy. But they forgot to give me my hard copy insurance card before I left. It was never sent to me either. The Mercedes Me app does not work. So I cannot ever start my new car remotely. More
