We went in the next day and the car was exactly as advertised online, clean and the same price. Alex showed us 2 Impreza variants at the same price point (5 door vs. sedan) just to see what we preferred. There was no pressure to look at one or another, and when the car we liked didn't have a feature I wanted (cruise control), he explained that to get CC we would have to bump up to the next trim level which was $5k more. He explained it's probably not worth $5k to have CC, which I agreed. There was no forcefulness to upgrade, it was more of a "take it, or leave it" atmosphere which was refreshing. Alex was very helpful. The only drawback was a long wait period for the finance manager after we closed the deal, but since everything else went smoothly it was easily overlooked. More

Great experience at Sport Subaru with Alex I stopped in to Sport Subaru to look at the Subaru WRX STI. Alex met me immediately and showed me all the features of the 2014 and 2015 models. We pla I stopped in to Sport Subaru to look at the Subaru WRX STI. Alex met me immediately and showed me all the features of the 2014 and 2015 models. We placed them side-by-side and compared the details and Alex expertly explained the refinements made to the new 2015. After the test drive in the 2015 STI Alex lead me through a smooth buying process where a fair deal was worked for my trade in and the STI. Throughout the process Alex was very pleasant and friendly and frequently offered me snacks and water. A few days after the purchase Alex called to check in and see if I was satisfied with my new STI and whether there was any problems. Overall, I walk away from the experience with Sport Subaru satisfied with Alex being the main reason for my great experience. More

My wife and I stopped by to just to "look at" a new 2014 Subaru Forester and after a few hours speaking and negotiating with Alex, we were thrilled we were buying our first ever Subaru Forester. This was due to Alex's efforts and patience and the dealership staff going over every detail regarding the negotiation of price, trade-in, finance and options. Getting us the best price on the new vehicle was a priority at the dealership and they gave a generous dollar for our trade-in and a really good finance package that made it very affordable for us. The whole process was only about 4 hours and we were taking home a new 2014 Subaru Forester! We were really pleased with experience and intend to do business again with Sport Subaru. We will have our new 2014 Subaru Forester serviced there as well. For a great deal See Alex Tamer, I highly recommend him! More

I will start by saying I have NEVER in my life seen a dealership deny a test drive outright. Buyer beware. Full story below. Not only did I have a terrible experience, the couple to the left of me were being hard closed by 2 staff members and it was very uncomfortable to even be near. I cannot wait to drive my new BRZ that I got from Subaru of Leesburg to their door and hand out business cards of a place that actually cares. This will be the first and last time that I ever go to a dealership without reading reviews online first. The whole experience was a huge joke. I went on a Friday with my wife an hour before they closed and walked around for 15 minutes, no greeting nothing. Then Kevin greeted us and promptly passed us off to the ONE salesperson there who was with a customer. Obviously, he had no time for us, so we left with a card and brochure to return the next day for a test drive. I call the next day at 9 and James never called me back for a time to test drive. It took 3 more calls to get a time to get a test drive. Came in at agreed time and a completely different person helped me. We went out back to the BRZ that I was very intent on buying and I said I wanted to test drive first then negotiate price later. Alex the salesman went inside and 15 minutes later as I was standing in the rain, the Manager came out. He refused my test drive because I was not buying the same day. He refused to even let me get in a car. Ridiculous. We had to go in to "run the numbers" before I was allowed to test drive. The "numbers" they brought were 3000 more than I was quoted everywhere else for the identical car. They would not budge. I left. TL/DR: Terrible dealership, bunch of hardclosing used car salesman who refuse test drives and do not negotiate because they sell enough that you do not matter. More

We have a cabin The Sport's Subaru Team did a great job! It was are second out of three stops that we made looking at the all wheel drive Subaru's. We have a cabin up in north western Carolina and wanted something for the wife that would be safer to drive on her commuting back and forth. Decided on the outback for the sedan style smooth ride but still has a higher view and lots of room. We also liked some of the equipment ,like the back up camera, cross bars are built in. and the almost 3,000 lb. towing capability. We did think that the limited edition has a better value as long as you can get their sticker price down. Out of the three dealerships we liked the feel of sports Subaru. They all seemed to work hand in hand to make this a good experience from Alex.Jeff,Nicole, and Frisbee. We would highly recommend this dealership to any one looking for a vehicle.Robyn and Rhoda More

Alex showed me the Impreza hatchback and sedan and explained the different features available. When I was able to test drive the vehicle, he was able to explain the different aspects of the car that g explained the different features available. When I was able to test drive the vehicle, he was able to explain the different aspects of the car that gave it the stability on the road, such as the all-wheel-drive, the suspension, and continuous variable transmission. The AWD is useful on the road as well as making the vehicle more stable for off-road use. The prices were discussed up-front, and I did not feel as if any fees appeared that I was not aware of once I decided to purchase the car. Alex was patient and personable throughout the process. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the process of purchasing a new car. More
