Even though we had an appointment, our vehicle was not touched that day because there were not enough technicians available that day. We took the car in on Friday morning, by 3pm nobody had called me. When I called they said “we had too many cars from yesterday leftover, we will get to your car Monday”. they were just planning to keep my called me.
