It was my first service on my new Yukon and it went very smooth. Alex told me it would take an hour and that is just what it took. I waited in the waiting area while the work was done and they had water bot smooth. Alex told me it would take an hour and that is just what it took. I took a 2000 GMC Sierra 1500 with 240000 miles that needed to have my A/C was not working. I also needed a general inspection. I made my appointment 30 days in advance and filled out all the informatio needed to have my A/C was not working. I also needed a general inspection. I made my appointment 30 days in advance and filled out all the information required about my truck. When I got there they checked me in, asked me all the questions they needed from me. I went to to the lobby made a complementary coffee sat down and started to get comfortable. (About 10 min) Next thing I know the service guy who checked me in came down the hall to tell me that Hatfield GMC does not work on older trucks that have high mileage and need repair. They are afraid that something will go wrong and they will have to fix it. So I waisted my morning and had to find a mechanic that would work on my truck and not be worried that it was a older truck. One good thing ( I guess) was one of the owners contacted me to resolve the issue. Spoke to the owner who did not resolve anything, told me that what happened to me was their policy. (Thanks for nothing) In closing if you need your older truck or car for that matter and live in the inland empire, try SouthWestern Motors. More
