Great Experience as usual I was early for my appointment for a general service and have a damage leather seat looked at. They were able to get me in early and Ed Roberts inspected the seat and took it over for some work after the service was finished. His people repaired the seat where the damage is virtually perfect. Excellent experience at Bozard Ford! I had an issue with my Edge's door handle paint flaking off. Took the car to another dealership where the repair was denied by Ford, although the car I had an issue with my Edge's door handle paint flaking off. Took the car to another dealership where the repair was denied by Ford, although the car was under warranty. Then took the car to Bozard Ford in St. Augustine where Alex Vecerkovic examined the car. Not sure what happened, but Alex called me a few days later and said he had the repair approved. He informed me they would call me when the new part came in, and he did. The repair was done in just over an hour and my Edge is looking new again. Marcia Nelson closed out my paperwork and made sure I was satisfied with the repair and service. I can't say enough about this dealership and the service people mentioned above who made this potentially unpleasant experience a happy one. Exceeded Expectations - Problem with Used Car On September 2, 2015, I bought a 2011 Expedition EL from Bozard. It's a great vehicle. We love it. I also bought a 4-year extended warranty. The passenger side windshield wiper stopped working on September 5. I took it to Autonation Ford in Jacksonville thinking the warranty would cover it. Imagine my surprise when they told me that it wasn't covered by the extended warranty and it would cost $825 to replace the wiper motor assembly. I called Bozard and spoke to Alex. We set up an appointment. Bozard fixed the wiper problem and it cost me nothing. I'll go back there to buy my next car. More
