The moment I pull up on Toyota car lot. Dennis greeted us with a pleasant smile and help me choose the vehicle that fit my style. After the test drive, I talked with Paul, which was very handsome and he work with me to get the best offer on the 2014 Toyota Camry SE and I had another sales representative, his name was Alex. Alex was very pleasant and work with me to give me the best offer as well. During the final process with Alex, he really went over and beyond to make everything fall into place in purchasing my new car. The delivery with Jean Lacock was magnifences in signing the papers to my brand new 2014 Toyota Camry SE. This was a wonderful experience for me and excited. I'm truly well pleased on how everything turn out. I would recommend Toyota a best place to buy a car of your choice. More

Everyone at Toyota of Orlando was professional and seemed like seasoned salespeople. At the same time, they weren't pushy and very patient with us. And once you decide to purchase, you head over to financial services to finish paperwork. The overall process wasn't stressful and timely. More

I came to Toyota with my husband with the intention of purchasing a replacement vehicle for my 1998 Mercedes. My husband and I were immediately greeted by Jose Maldonado, who helped us locate the vehicle purchasing a replacement vehicle for my 1998 Mercedes. My husband and I were immediately greeted by Jose Maldonado, who helped us locate the vehicle that we decided to purchase. Initially, I wanted to purchase a manual transmission, 2013 Toyota Corolla. Jose told us that there was only one available on the lot and immediately showed it to us. He arranged for a test drive and we decided to buy it. At that point, Jose introduced us to Alex Vergara, who helped us put the deal together. After reviewing the available financing and lease options with us, Alex suggested that we consider leasing a 2014 Corolla because with the incentives offered it would put our payments closer to the number that we wanted to spend and would actually cost much less than the 2013 we initially wanted to purchase. Because I am an attorney with an extremely tight schedule, the staff were extremely accommodating in helping me to get the deal closed as quickly as possible and in working around my existing appointments. When I came back to sign the final documents, I met with Michael Sumner. He was very accommodating and explained each of the documents very thoroughly. Then he walked me out to my new car, put in my floor mats, cleaned my windows and assisted me in setting up my Bluetooth. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

We had tremendous people to work with at Toyota of Orlando, starting with Jay (Ramod?(sp), the innitial salesman who is from New York, parents from India. He is a very knowledgeable man, having been an aeronautical engineer. He is smart and taught us more about the 2013 Toyota Corolla than anyone had prior to this. He gets a super high ten mark. Then came the young man named Alex (last name is a Causian Peruvian or something like Varansa) and despite me being a warrior and a hard sell, he was able to culminate the sale (because we liked all of your guys) and withstand all the darts I threw at him. Good for Alex, a real good man to have on your team for negotiating a sale with a hard nut like me. Then came good old (young) Shawn Sibley who closed out the sale and did all the paperwork, etc. Boy has he got it down. I signed in the wrong space one time, but in twenty seconds he had printed up a new form and I had signed it. All of the paperwork took half the time we took in prior purchases of cars. We like Shawn very much. I can't think of a nicer man to close out a sale than Shawn. Give him straight As as well. A solid ten for effort. We are happy with your large dealership. We noticed other people negotiating and buying cars as we were sitting there in your showroom. You run a smart operation, matching up ethnicities and the type of people with a similar type of sales person. We are Caucasian and so were your helpers for us. Blacks got darker people to help them, and so on. It works out best when that's the case, I think. Keep up the good work. My wife is allergic to fragrances. You found employees who didn't use aftershave lotion so that my allergic wife could stand to be around them. Bravo, to you. You aim to please and you do, every time. I went to Toyota of Orlando because of their most recent commercial where I was hoping for a great deal. My initial search was for a used Camry. The salesman Leo Coronado approached me and that is when th commercial where I was hoping for a great deal. My initial search was for a used Camry. The salesman Leo Coronado approached me and that is when the wonderful experience began. Leo was funny, personable and really took the time to listen to what I wanted in a car. He answered all of my questions and provided great detailed information as we looked at different cars. We came across a new Camry LE in my favorite color Clearwater Blue. At that point, he introduced me to Alex Vergara to start the paperwork. Alex made the start of this experience pleasant and he was great. It was nice working with him and getting to know a little bit about him on a personal level. Nice guy! After completing paperwork with him, the day ended with Jean Lacock. Smooth transition and he explained what I was signing in detail. He was also a very funny man. Many laughs throughout the day with all three. It was an awesome experience. I drove off in my new car feeling like I got a great deal and 3 new friends. Nancy More

I bought a 2013 Toyota Corolla on May 7, 2013. My experience with the sales specialist John, product specialist Alex and Finance Michael Sumner was excellent. I wasn't sure when I went in if I wanted experience with the sales specialist John, product specialist Alex and Finance Michael Sumner was excellent. I wasn't sure when I went in if I wanted a new or used car. John patiently showed me both and we compared mileage and prices. Once I decided on the new Corolla we did some initial paperwork and then he turned me over to Alex who was efficient, patient and answered my questions and concerns on the car and the money. When we had the deal cemented with the extras and the monthly payment I was hoping for I was then turned over to Michael Sumner in finance who made the process of filling out a mound of paperwork very seamless and easy. I left that day with my new car and I liked it then but as I've driven it over the past week I've come to love it. I would definitley recommend Toyota or Orlando to all my friends and family! More

Decided to visit the dealership to price trucks. I used the dealership tool to determine the trade in value on my exiting vehicle. Unfortunately I didn't plan on trying to purchase anything as I was really the dealership tool to determine the trade in value on my exiting vehicle. Unfortunately I didn't plan on trying to purchase anything as I was really upside down with existing vehicle. Arrived at the dealership and was met by Manny. He showed me several trucks and was knowledgeable of both Tacoma's & Tundra's and pointed out many important features. After a couple of test drives I fell in love with one of the loaded Tacoma's. Even though I didn't really think there was any hope of getting out of my existing vehicle and into the Tacoma I decided to see where the numbers fell. Met with Alex Vergara next. We went through several pricing scenarios and within in a very short time Alex had me in the new Tacoma and out of my existing upside down loan. I was really surprised as my payment did not increase, my rate went down with no money out of pocket. Exactly as Alex stated would happen. Finally I met with Niels Christensen to finish up the financing. Another excellent experience. Got into Niels office, all the paperwork was ready. Neils explained the process, we got through the signatures in just a few short minutes. Its nice when you're not waiting around for paperwork. All in all, Toyota of Orlando was an excellent experience. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable everyone made me feel. There was never any pressure, no ridiculous sales pitches, nothing to make a buyer feel defensive. I will go back to Toyota of Orlando for my next vehicle. More
