I was so excited to shop for my first VW after falling in love with them only a few years ago. However my experience with this dealership and some of the people working here, was horrible. After going throug love with them only a few years ago. However my experience with this dealership and some of the people working here, was horrible. After going through all the hoops to get approved and to find that care that I wanted. I was able to come pick up my car and finalize my paper work with Adam (car salesman) and Justin (Financial Guy). Justin from the first paper I signed mislead me on everything I was signing. I knew what I was signing but when it came time to leave and I asked for copies of everything and his buisness card he assured me that it was in the paper work he gave me. I have two boys under 5 so looking overeverything he gave me wasnt in the cards in that moment. However when i got home I emailed Adam and expressed I didnt get any of that paperwork. He had someone else in the company reach out to me and refused to help me anymore. The woman I got to talk to after that is my reason I wanted to write this at all. The woman from the main office pretty much said she didnt care, they wouldnt help me further, and that I should just be happy that she got me the car at all. That she only did it because she "Felt Bad for me". Never in my life have I felt so small. Its their job to run my credit, its not their job to judge me and belittle me. My husband and I make great money, I wasnt approved for a 2019 because she felt bad for me. This comment amoung many other from this company was hurtful and insensitive. I would love a call from a corporate line to discuss this further. Thank you. More

Shopping for a car for my teenage daughter Derry made it easy to try out different cars so we could get the right one for her. Transparent about the vehicles. Closing on the car with Naomi was quick and painless too. Alex and Larry in service were very good too when dealing with our old VW. Finance manager (Ryan?) did try to baffle us with numbers during the deal which greatly irritated my wife and me, we would prefer a straight counter-offer when they didn't like our offer. Also had us wait about 2 hours before being able to close (a cash deal) once we'd agreed on price; would have rather the finance department been straight up about the time involved so we could have gone and used the time for something else. Again though, Naomi was well prepared and made the process easy once we got to see her to close. Greatest selection of VWs is the area by far. More

Great Dealership, with amazing staff! I have leased a handful of new Volkswagons from the Vorderman dealership and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. My most recent lease I worked with I have leased a handful of new Volkswagons from the Vorderman dealership and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. My most recent lease I worked with Caril Bernard. She is absolutely wonderful, she searched all over to find exactly the car I wanted and got it here in less than a week. The staff at Vorderman's is amazing I have never felt pressured or rushed, they really take the time to know you and your needs and find you the best vehicle. I am always amazed at there attention to detail, there is never a dirty car on the lot, and I have never seen a maintenance shop so clean and pristine. You can tell that Everyone form the shop to the management takes pride in what they do, and that customer service comes first. More

I was amazed how fast the dealer transfer process was handled. I was introduced to the entire team and feel I had a very good group of people working hard to make sure everything went perfect, and it did. From the moment I first contacted Ron Blum, he has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I am a tough customer with tons of questions and he provided me with more than what I needed to make a good decision on the purchase of my new VW. This car has a ton of "bells and whistles" that I have never had before. Ron took time to thoroughly go through every component of the vehicle and help me get Bluetooth setup correctly. I've only had the car for a two weeks and I feel I pretty much have everything learned by now. However, I know that if I ever have a question, I now know I have several new friends at the dealership, that will take time out of there day to answer any questions I may have. It was apparent that the entire staff is really passionate about VW's, from the cars to the owners and fanatics. These guys just love what they do and it shows from a buyers perspective.
