We went on a Saturday where it was super busy and short staffed, but that didn’t seem to stop this gal Kate to make sure I was taken care of. I was able to take it for a test drive and see if I liked how it drove. She went through everything from showing the carfax, repair report, and also did a number comparison with others in the area. Even though I had to come back two times, but each time I received great customer service from the beginning to the end. My Auto Import staff was a pleasure to work with and I enjoyed looking at all of the older model Subaru vehicles in their showroom and learning the history behind it all was fascinating to me. Alex W. helped get my new plate on my Forester I purchased from them. He was so friendly and made sure that I was happy with my purchase and to come back if I needed anything.
