Positive Alex, the sales person I worked with, was awesome. Negatives The management is awful. I communicated with three managers at this dealership. The finance manager provided me with inacc awesome. Negatives The management is awful. I communicated with three managers at this dealership. The finance manager provided me with inaccurate information on registering the vehicle. His customer service skills also need work. The manager of the dealership is completely apathetic. I sent him an email to which he never responded. My concern was sent to the sales manager and he never responded. Do not expect this dealership to be any help whatsoever after leasing or purchasing a car. It is clear to me they only care about getting your money. I would like to send customers here, because Alex was awesome. Unfortunately my advice is to avoid this dealership and VW completely. The ID4 I leased already has issues with only 3000 miles on it. I do not trust VW or Tynans. They could have had a life long customer, but instead they are losing my business and that of many others. More

Everyone at this dealership were very professional and attentive. Alex and Chris were fabulous. They worked it all put so I could leave with my new ID.4 EV. Fantastic experience at Tynan’s worked with Alex - so knowledgeable about the vehicle showed us all the features in detail and with great patience! We did the paper work with Omar. Also a great resource knowledgeable about the vehicle showed us all the features in detail and with great patience! We did the paper work with Omar. Also a great resource and very pleasant person. It was quick process and then we went to the Finance person. Sorry I forgot the gentleman’s name - smooth and easy process.
