We purchased a used vehicle in November 2019. In March 2020 we found rust on the vehicle. We asked the sales person, Alex Zevelev, what could be done about this because we certainly would not have purcha 2020 we found rust on the vehicle. We asked the sales person, Alex Zevelev, what could be done about this because we certainly would not have purchased the vehicle if we had seen the rust (which was not visible). Alex is a good sales person but not helpful in resolving this issue. During the pandemic not much could be done. In May we spoke with Shane Mahowald who referred us to their outside repair shop. To this day nothing has been resolved after MANY telephone calls. So much for their customer service and their pre-owned car inspection reporting. Mercedes Ridings More

Great new 2020 Altima As we live in the area and have used this dealership many times before, it was the obvious place to purchase our next new car. This is the 5th Nissan we've purchased over the years. We love their reliability. The 2020 Altima is my husband's new car. I own a 2012 Murano and just love it. I haven't had anything major go wrong with it. It's the best vehicle I've ever owned. My husband's previous vehicle was a 2010 Altima. It served him well for a decade! Eden Prairie Nissan gave him a good trade-in on his 2010 and was honest in negotiating the new car price. I guess the only thing I could fault them on is that Nissan charges you $500 less when you sign up for their financing. We'd wanted to pay cash and probably could've been out sooner than the 3 hours we spent in the showroom. But we were told we can cancel the financing in a week and still will have saved $500. I suppose it's worth the time. It's nice to be able to schedule an appointment online at the dealership. I'm usually out in about an hour. While other places may perform an oil change in 15 minutes, this dealership also does a free total vehicle evaluation to let me know what else should be done to maintain my SUV in top condition. I appreciate their dedication to service. More
