Alex Zevelev was our salesman and we could tell right away his years of experience with the technology in the new Nissan’s is second to none. We took up much of his time over multiple visits learning about our eventual purchase. He carefully explained ALL the features on our Rogue SV. He made certain we were comfortable with our purchase and this was the right vehicle for us. No other dealership took the time we needed to make an informed decision. Shane Mahowald also made us feel like they wanted to EARN our business. We were greeted by him and Alex and immediately showed us to a beautiful lounge area where we were invited to enjoy coffee or beverages and cookies. We felt the sales staff was exceptionally professional through the entire process from start to finish. Alex repeatedly went out of his way to make us feel that this was the best dealership to do business with, and proved to us that he is the right person to answer ALL our many questions. He is truly a professional. Other dealerships didn’t seem to want to spend much time with us, so we went forward to Eden Prairie Nissan. Here we found Shane and Alex. True professionals that treat a customer with respect and go out of their way to EARN our business! Any new vehicle is an expensive purchase and shouldn’t be purchased in haste. The question in my mind is how could it be even better. Ideas! Amenities: The waiting lounge always has fresh treats, comfortable seating, TV, cellphone and computer workstation areas. I mix hot cocoa but never can find any small wood mixing sticks. Service time: Everyone wonders when their car will be ready. It would be even better if there was a display that showed what stage your service was at and when it would be done.l Interaction: Some people like to be left alone but others enjoy chatting.
