My salesperson Will was amazing and truly the only reason why i did not walk away from the deal. The Gm was great as well. The finance person not so much and she almost cost the deal ship the sale. She ran my credit 2x why I’m not sure because I asked for only one specific term. She also tried to get me to try many finance companies when I specifically said only one. When questioned, she falsely told me that I would have to wait until the next day to get approval(approval I already had mind you) due to the late hour. Thats when the GM came and found the 2 approvals. Just not a good experience with her. More
