I would recommend Alex Garrido for sales. Service department is lacking. I have taken another vehicle 4 or 5 times over 6 months and mechanical issues persist. Staff gossips while customers a Service department is lacking. I have taken another vehicle 4 or 5 times over 6 months and mechanical issues persist. Staff gossips while customers are on the floor. Technicians are dismissive not courteous on arrival. They appear more preoccupied with surveys than actual service. Keep their eyes down rather than a simple greeting. More

Alex was helpful. We already knew what we wanted. He promised things to reduce on the overall price. Somethings did not get taken off that he said he would have. We di We already knew what we wanted. We did get a military discount but we found a normal discount similar online for just scrolling through the dealers website. Just 500, i would think that being military it would be an additional 500…. Unfortunately, we had a puncture 2 days later and I would not give good markings for the service department. They did not ask my information to see if I had coverage or could answer if repairing a puncture is an ability of their shop. I was told to just to come in. Driving across town mid day in Miami is a waste of time and gas, when a technician or service reps could just ask for the particulars and answer the question. They directed to me to sales or finance. Then sales department told me to contact service. All I can say is the inconsistency of knowledge became very very frustrating. Customer service after purchasing isn’t that great. More
