From the moment I scheduled the appointment, I began receiving multiple text messages from sales asking if I wanted to sell my car. Even my father, who simply dropped me off, was approached and asked if receiving multiple text messages from sales asking if I wanted to sell my car. Even my father, who simply dropped me off, was approached and asked if he wanted to sell his car as well. This felt very pushy and inappropriate given that I was there strictly for a service appointment. Communication about my vehicle throughout the day was also very poor. I was told to watch for a text message from a specific area code with service updates, but I never received anything. This created confusion and frustration, especially since I rely on my vehicle for work and needed to know the status of the service. This was the second time I have brought my car to this location since owning it where my vehicle sat there all day and was never worked on. When a customer schedules an appointment, it is reasonable to expect the vehicle will at least be looked at that day. Because of these repeated issues, I will not be returning to this location for service. It seems the service department may be scheduling more vehicles than they can realistically handle in a day, which leads to poor communication and customers being left without answers. For comparison, I am currently having my vehicle serviced at the Jeep dealership in Fremont and the experience has been far more organized, communicative, and professional. More
