I can't speak highly enough about Ander. He keeps "knocking it out of the park" every time we bring our vehicle in for service! After finding out that the evaporator core needed to be replaced on our Jeep recently, he made sure all bases were covered before moving forward with the repair. Jesús was great and updated me promptly. However, every time I called the dealership I was placed on hold for 20 plus minutes, often just hanging up and calling another time. I knew it would take 2-3 months for my car to receive the battery plus installation, but there was no loaner car offered (Jesus was sure that the manufacturer would offer, which they didn’t. He was kind enough to text me the number to the manufacturer as well. Nor did my insurance—which is full coverage.) which was an inconvenience, of course. The guys at the shop were friendly, helpful, and professional. It was just all the waiting and having no car which was of inconvenience. More
