I had sidesteps added after my purchase and the service department put them on in under an hour while I waited in their newly remodeled showroom , which includes an awesome coffee bar. Im so glad to have had such wonderful service from Rick Martinez and the San Leandro CDJR dealership. I took my RAM Pro master to San Leandro Chrysler Dodge to get repaired, I waited four months and they said the parts were not in stock, my van was still running, and I needed it, and I was told that I could get repaired, I waited four months and they said the parts were not in stock, my van was still running, and I needed it, and I was told that I could not get it back because the paperwork would void if I did, until a higher authority was contacted, I would never buy another Ram again or recommend anybody else to buy one and the service department was little to no help. when I finally got my van back, I was so disappointed that I traded it in and got a Mercedes sprinter and I’ve never been happier.
