My car broke down and I had it towed there -- it took them 2 weeks to even look at it, and then they estimated another 2 weeks to replace a trivial part. After the first 2 weeks, I had to give up and get them 2 weeks to even look at it, and then they estimated another 2 weeks to replace a trivial part.
