Everything was fine. . she was courteous. And the oil cans he was done in a reasonable length of time. Th only thing the mechanic did not do was replace the sticker on the . she was courteous. Excellent routine 15K service, except it has been known for months that my Palisade had a safety recall on the hitch. It was noted on my appointment. However when I went there, they did not have the part for months that my Palisade had a safety recall on the hitch. It was noted on my appointment. However when I went there, they did not have the part needed. I was told they needed my VIN number to order it but they certainly knew it and new of the recall. Very frustrating to go to the dealership and not get the work done. I may request a picture of the part before I bring it back! More

Alex was great. We purchased this vehicle in March. The engine needed to be replaced. The dealer (McGovern) didn't tell us Hyundai has been been have engine issue. N We purchased this vehicle in March. The engine needed to be replaced. The dealer (McGovern) didn't tell us Hyundai has been been have engine issue. Nor did they tell us Hyundai had extended the engine warranty, due to that issue. We were told immediately by the people at Herb Chambers about the warranty. They took care everything. Not a penny out of pocket for us. We are very happy with the service. More

I’ve never been more pleased in my life with customer service. As soon as I pulled into the dealership I was greeted by two gentleman that helped me get registered. Then I was shown to the next step wher service. As soon as I pulled into the dealership I was greeted by two gentleman that helped me get registered. Then I was shown to the next step where I was greeted by Alex who got me checked in with my ticket. She told me what they were going to do and how long it was going to take and she was right on the money. She also showed me to my vehicle after the work was completed. My vehicle runs great and the recall work completed. I’m so thankful!! More
