Infortunately I purchased my new Hyundai Santa Fe at a different dealership.that was very unresponsive and lax. I decided to check out Herb Chambers Auburn dealership and so happy I changed. I was warmly welcomed, and assigned to my service provider! She immediately had the service department do a thorough check of my car! They found a problem with the rear hatch back door opening mechanism, ordered the replacement part ( all under warranty) and have scheduled the replacement service! I am thrilled with the immediate fantastic service. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Hyundai from my experience! I am so glad I changed! More
