John was great, from ordering my car to receiving my car. I ordered it in June and received it in October and John kept me abreast of my car's progress. Joshua was very patient with me as I test drove a couple 911’s and pestered him with questions. After all of the hoopla around the various 911 trim levels, I found a well optioned 2020 911 (992) Carrera bas 911’s and pestered him with questions. After all of the hoopla around the various 911 trim levels, I found a well optioned 2020 911 (992) Carrera base was a great fit for my driving style. Alexis spent a lot of time with me patiently going through the myriad of setup options. He followed up with a 2nd Delivery home visit to finish setting up the car. Jeremy worked through the financials very quickly. It was a pleasure to work with all three of them. In all, the experience was exceptional. More
