Had standard 40K mile service completed (Oil/filter Change, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, tire rotate, brake fluid and top remainder of fluids) for a sum of $540. Got the car home and Check Engine Light ca Change, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, tire rotate, brake fluid and top remainder of fluids) for a sum of $540. Got the car home and Check Engine Light came on as well at Tire deflation warning. Had to take the car back to correct the Check Engine light which was caused by the Dip Stick not being seated correctly. The Tire defalation light occurred as the tires were NOT recalibrated with the vehicle. It would have been fine and good if the Volvo dealership was not 80 mile round trip away. Called the service manager 3 times and NEWVER received a call back. I did get a call back from Service Assistant (Alexis) who noted my concern and said it would be resolved to my satifaction. No call, note or email as of yet. This level of service is NOT acceptable to me nor should it be for anyone else. VOLVO needs to train their servicce staff as they have no clue what they are doing. Furthermore the service manager does not seem to call back people who had issues or cocerns. For future customers needing Service. STAY AWAY----FAR FAR AWAY!!!! I will Never go back . (Period) More

My day had huge personal issues going on and if not for Ivan, my Volvo experience would not have turned out to be the best care I could ever have imagined. If you are looking for a beautiful car and a wonderful experience and a high end atmosphere, Volvo of Tucson is your best bet! Chris in the Service Department is also very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this team. More

Seriously, stop by and see what they can do for you... On a whim my wife and I stopped by Volvo of Tucson at the NW Automall. We were met by Branden Hansen and Mike Habib. This was the beginning of one of On a whim my wife and I stopped by Volvo of Tucson at the NW Automall. We were met by Branden Hansen and Mike Habib. This was the beginning of one of the most pleasant car buying experiences in our lifetime. The salesmen made us feel like family from the onstart of the vehicle shopping. We have never, ever purchased a foreign built vehicle before, and rarely have we purchased a used vehicle. This time we broke the mold and purchased a 2014 S60, with only 27000 miles on it. The vehicle was completely gone over by the Excellent Service Department, and to date, they have addressed any questions I have had in regards to the vehicle's operations. Each time I brought the vehicle in for service, they have a loaner car ready and waiting for me. It is like being at a spa resort for vehicles. There are absolutely no negatives I could mention with regards to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I didn't know anyone who worked here prior to our first visit, we came in cold off the street, they treated us with respect and dignity, and this is a review in my own words, I am receiving nothing in return for this posting. All I can say, to sum it up, is from someone who has been driving for over 45 years, I was totally blown away by the friendliness, professionalism, and dedication of the sales and service staff. Helpful Employee for the XC90Parts I Need - Rick Noriega My car is old and everything starts deteriorating and so my rear windshield wiper arm was one of them-- broken so went to Volvo Service Center here in My car is old and everything starts deteriorating and so my rear windshield wiper arm was one of them-- broken so went to Volvo Service Center here in Tucson and purchased a kit from them. My husband said he'll do the install himself to save money in labor cost. So we went home and he did try, spent hours to unscrew the parts of the vehicle but failed to do so due to build-up dirt I guess. He was frustrated and he thought he stripped the screw. I contacted service and a lady named Alexis told me to just drive by and she can have someone help me. I did drive back to this place, frustrated of course embarrassed for our inability to handle a very minor thing but when I got there she directed me back to Parts Dept. and Rick took over from there. Rick was very pleasant. In just a few minutes, he handed me my key and I was able to get home feeling relief. I am the most impatient and critical person but this place has always been delivering the most admirable customer service and I always got the best help. I had excellent experience with the service center and now with the Parts Dept. Thank you Volvo of Tucson! More

The only place to go! First off, I own a 2015.5 Volvo XC60 and absolutely love it. It is the best car we have ever owned. The adaptive cruise control and blind spot indic First off, I own a 2015.5 Volvo XC60 and absolutely love it. It is the best car we have ever owned. The adaptive cruise control and blind spot indicators are wonderful. The size and handling art perfect. It is a joy to drive and is not as fatiguing as other vehicles we have owned on long road trips. To buy or lease, Rob Waterman can't be beat. He actually listens to his customers, and after asking a few questions he takes you right to the car you want. We have bought two Volvos from Rob. He has a strong sense of fair play, and makes it extremely easy to purchase or lease. (We've done both.) We went in for service yesterday. Garret Gebhart (the new Service Manager), Chris Beittenmiller and Alexis Zelaya were all very impressive. They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had a chance to talk with Garret and was impressed with his vision for service department. I have owned three Volvos, all from this dealership, and always serviced there too. Each visit was friendly and resulted in a positive experience. They are honest and forthright, you never need to worry about getting ripped off or taken advantage of. This is the reason we always buy Volvos, and always from this dealership. More

1st CLASS!!!!!! I was driving in New Mexico & my Ranger broke down. Being stranded & having no clue what to do, I called Volvo of Tucson (where I purchased my vehicle I was driving in New Mexico & my Ranger broke down. Being stranded & having no clue what to do, I called Volvo of Tucson (where I purchased my vehicle). I made initial contact with Alexis, who was so happy & polite I felt like I could see her smiling through the phone! She pulled my file & patched me through to the Service Manager Garret writhin seconds. I told him the situation & he also displayed such a heartfelt ginuine concern of my situation that I felt like he was a brother I never met! Garret took complete control of the situation & found the closest Ford dealer & tow service for me. He even put a call into the Service Manager there to let him know of the situation. Garret requested complete involvement from the dealer, keeping my best interest at heart. In such a worst case scenario situation, Garret kept me at ease with everything. He checked the factory warranties & extended warranties I had & let me know confidently that I shouldn't have any issues getting my problem covered. He was absolutely right! The dealer repaired my vehicle under warranty & I was back on the road within 4 hours. Thanks to the Ford dealer but the real thanks goes to Garret & Alexis at Volvo of Tucson! They stopped what they were doing, knowing they would not be receiving my business & laid down the most superb level of customer service I have ever experienced!! Hats off to the Volvo of Tucson team & Garret! First class!!! More
