I initially wasn't looking forward to going down to the car dealership. It was more something that needed to be done. The car that I had been driving and making payments on was starting to go downhill the car dealership. It was more something that needed to be done. The car that I had been driving and making payments on was starting to go downhill and I still owed a pretty good amount of money on it. I decided to go take a look and see what ford could do for me. I gave them a call and they told me I could come down right away and get things started in seeing what I qualified for. I met Alfred and actually liked him immediately. He heard what I had to say and he knew exactly what he could to do to help me out. I had my mind set on an Edge and had briefly mentioned an F-150. I definitely thought I was going to be in the used car range. Alfred told me that with the specials they had going on and that my credit was good that I could and should leave in a brand new car. I was still leaning toward the Edge until I did some test drives. I felt like the truck was a little too big and out of my comfort zone, until I got in it. Once I got in I fell in love. It was so spacious and roomy. I could see everything around me and felt safe. My test drive went wonderfully and to my surprise I went with the F-150. Alfred and ford did everything they could to help me get into that truck and get rid of the weight on my shoulders I had before.(my previous car that I was paying way to much for) I ended up leaving in a brand new truck paying 12% less interest on my monthly payments. It ended up being a great experience and something I would definitely do again. Thanks Alfred!! More

Alfred was Great!, Honest and made me feel comfortable. .He was a pleasure to work with. He accessed my needs and helped me find a vehicle that would meet them. --I started out looking at the a Trans .He was a pleasure to work with. Turns out that really the EDGE was perfect for what I needed , more options and less money with all the discounts.. I then met Kenneth in Finance who explained the lease option, which was better for me because I don’t keep the car too long..—so I saved some more money !..By the time I had the papers signed - Alfred had the car ready to go . It all went so well that the next day I came back to see Alfred and got another good deal on a F-150.. Everyone at Five Star Ford was wonderful!! I will for sure recommend Five Sat Ford. We were greeted at the door by Tim Bevill who immediately welcomed us and offered to show us an array of new Ford vehicles. After driving a Flex and then the Taurus we thought the Taurus offered more of w welcomed us and offered to show us an array of new Ford vehicles. After driving a Flex and then the Taurus we thought the Taurus offered more of what we needed. Next I indicated to Tim a preference for chrome wheels and he advised they were available on the upgrade Limited model. We selected a color and Tim located the car at another store and made arrangements to get it brought to Five Star Ford. We discussed my cost of the new automobile and settled on a bottom line figure. The time was now late Saturday afternoon and we would have to continue the transaction on Monday. I went shopping for alternative financing at the credit union where I belong for 25 years but was turned off and away by the loaning officer. I reached home and phoned Alfred El-Darazi who immediately informed me Ford Credit had already approved my credit and the car would be at Five Star that evening. We agreed to meet on Tuesday at 1530 to close the deal. Bob Little prepared the documentation and after discussion of options we were able to finalize the sale on the spot. A win win situation for all parties. We are well pleased with our new Taurus Limited and look forward to a long relationship with Ford products. i f More
