I was instructed to take my car to your service center but got to it after they'd already closed. Feeling very frustrated I figured I'd try the other location in NRH to see what I could do before giving up and going home. I was met by a super nice salesman(who I can't for the life of me remember his name) went above and beyond taking my keys and telling me he'd have one of their guys drive it over to the service shop in the morning so I didn't have to miss work the next day. I told myself then that when I was ready to buy another vehicle I was coming back to this place. My rental car turned out to be the Ford Fusion SE which I immediately fell in love with and knew that was going to be my next car and I'd be getting it from Five Star Ford in NRH. When I went in to look at the Fusion I was immediately greeted by such a warm and friendly salesman. Alfred El-Darazi treated me as if I were his daughter getting my first vehicle and I felt I could completely trust him. Made the entire experience extremely easy and stress free. I will absolutely recommend him to everyone looking for another vehicle. He then passed us over to Tut who handled the finance part of it and he was also extremely nice and made that part of it very quick and easy. He got me a fantastic rate which I was even shocked to get. Overall you guys are excellent,my experience completely exceeded my expectations! keep up the good work! More

Alfred El-Darazi made us feel very comfortable as we told him what we were looking for when we made our first visit. He explained clearly the differences between several models that we were interested in. We felt no pressure to make a decision at this visit and were encouraged to call if we had questions. While working with Alfred, we noticed Kevin Jones, a person we knew from our church. He greeted us warmly as we completed our dealings with Alfred. At our second visit, Alfred met us at the door. Alfred told us that since we knew Kevin, he would have Kevin help us. Kevin was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a good trade in for our vehicle. Also, he spent time locating just the vehicle we wanted to buy. He demonstrated the various features on the car. I was especially impressed with how Kevin and Alfred worked together to get the car ready for us to drive home. As we were leaving Jimmy Matthews, another person we know from our church, met us to go over briefly but completely the Sync system of the car. He told us he had "classes" to explain Sync and explained that sometimes it is better for a customer to return after having some experience with Sync. That way a person would know what he didn't know. He also went above and beyond to tell us to call him at home if we had questions or ask him when we saw him a church. One other extra was that Kevin Jones offered to pick up our car and take it to the dealership for the wax job or coating that had not been done the day we bought the car due to the time. The service from all three of these men has been outstanding. I also want to mention the friendliness of others we met and the kindness we were shown as we waited to sign the final papers. I would not hesitate to recommend Alfred, Kevin and Jimmy to anyone who wanted to buy a car or to better understand the Sync system. More

I initially wasn't looking forward to going down to the car dealership. It was more something that needed to be done. The car that I had been driving and making payments on was starting to go downhill the car dealership. It was more something that needed to be done. The car that I had been driving and making payments on was starting to go downhill and I still owed a pretty good amount of money on it. I decided to go take a look and see what ford could do for me. I gave them a call and they told me I could come down right away and get things started in seeing what I qualified for. I met Alfred and actually liked him immediately. He heard what I had to say and he knew exactly what he could to do to help me out. I had my mind set on an Edge and had briefly mentioned an F-150. I definitely thought I was going to be in the used car range. Alfred told me that with the specials they had going on and that my credit was good that I could and should leave in a brand new car. I was still leaning toward the Edge until I did some test drives. I felt like the truck was a little too big and out of my comfort zone, until I got in it. Once I got in I fell in love. It was so spacious and roomy. I could see everything around me and felt safe. My test drive went wonderfully and to my surprise I went with the F-150. Alfred and ford did everything they could to help me get into that truck and get rid of the weight on my shoulders I had before.(my previous car that I was paying way to much for) I ended up leaving in a brand new truck paying 12% less interest on my monthly payments. It ended up being a great experience and something I would definitely do again. Thanks Alfred!! More
