CarProShow responded immediately with recommendation based on criteria we submitted, providing us with contacts at both the Plano and the North Richland Hills locations. Alfred let us climb in and out of all of the cars in the showroom until we figured out which one fit us best, then took us out to the lot for test drive. We received a reasonable offer on our trade, and got no hassle when we preferred to use our own financing. When we indicated that we preferred base model, we were not pushed into a car with more options than we wanted. (Our prior experience in buying a new car at another lot entailed being told they had a base model, wrangling with sales manager over having to pay over $2000 extra for unwanted add-ons/dealer upgrades/services they had already made to base model. It is highly unlikely we will ever buy another vehicle from that other dealership). More
