So, at 7:30 pm we rushed to the dealership, 15 miles away, and Alfred greeted us like it was 10:00am. When we told him the car we were there for he said he just sold that one, but he would look to see if there was another. Fortunately, there was another one. He said the car was in a different location and had to be brought to the dealership due to the issues of the road construction. So he asked us to come at 10:00 the next morning and drive the car. We went the next morning, the car arrived soon after we did, while Alfred entertained us, answered questions, and did some preliminary paperwork. We drove the car and he met the price quoted online and we didn't even have to talk to other sales managers to get the deal done. Alfred did it himself. While we were in the finance department, Alfred had the car readied for delivery so that by the time the papers were signed and we were ready to go, the car was ready too! This was the last day of the month and we were in and out in less than 2 hours, including the test drive! Thanks, Alfred, and Five Star Ford! More

They were polite, positive and most importantly patient. What should have taken me one day to do ended up taking a week. They held car for me and kept checking in to make sure everything was ok and if there was anything they can do to help. I am extremely please with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! More
