Emailed and left a message early one morning. Didn't receive a call until late afternoon. Made an offer on a car, never heard back that day. The next day at lunch, I initiated a call to the dealer mys receive a call until late afternoon. Made an offer on a car, never heard back that day. The next day at lunch, I initiated a call to the dealer myself, asked to speak w/ manager. He did not answer phone, so left message. To date, never received a call back. Not sure how they sell cars...but leaves me to wonder if they come to work to work to socialize or do their jobs. More

CAME IN ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON JUST TO LOOK AT AFEW CARS & SEE WHAT MY POSSIBILITIES WERE. MY INTENTIONS WE'RE NOT TO PURCHASE AT THAT MOMENT. BUT AFTER BEING ASSISTED BY JOANMARIE, I HAD TO TAKE A LEXUS HO & SEE WHAT MY POSSIBILITIES WERE. MY INTENTIONS WE'RE NOT TO PURCHASE AT THAT MOMENT. BUT AFTER BEING ASSISTED BY JOANMARIE, I HAD TO TAKE A LEXUS HOME. JOANMARIE WAS EXCELLENT IN HELPING ME NARROW MY OPTIONS DOWN TO THE RIGHT LEXUS & PICKING OUT THE RIGHT IS THAT WOULD SUIT ME. SHE WAS SO NICE & AND UNDERSTOOD MY NEEDS. SHE EVEN BROUGHT LUNCH LOL! I'VE NEVER B ERR BOUGHT A CAR THAT I'VE NEVER EVER TEST DRIVEN, BUT JOANMARIE & ALFRED WE'RE GREAT SALES PEOPLE THE INSTANT I WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR. I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY 2011 IS F SPORT! I had a small issue with my used car that I didn't realize until after the purchase. My experience purchasing an automobile at Lexus of North Miami was unparalleled! A senior now, that's meaningful, as I've bought quite a few cars in my lifetime. Everyone who helped me from sales to servi Miami was unparalleled! A senior now, that's meaningful, as I've bought quite a few cars in my lifetime. Everyone who helped me from sales to service went out of their way to be accommodating, gracious and did whatever I needed plus then some. Even though my 2005 Lexus 330 is older, it's been kept beautifully, and doesn't look or seem old to me. I love my car so much, I've come to call her "Goldie," as she's gold with cashmere interior and exquisite wood interior. In addition to all that, the facility is amazing - it's brand new with a gym, spa and snack bar to keep you feeling as special as the car you bought while they service it. I couldn't be more pleased! More

I had a very positive experience at Lexus of North Miami. I had one issue - I made an appointment with the salesman for 10:00 a.m. and he was not there on time. Alfred was very pleasant and offered us c I had one issue - I made an appointment with the salesman for 10:00 a.m. and he was not there on time. Alfred was very pleasant and offered us coffee while we waited. The finance manager also made the process quick and easy. Overall, all of my questions were answered and I had a positive experience. My sister also purchased a car here. More
