When we finally chose a vehicle and we're ready for the paperwork process he then introduced us to Rusti Star. Mr. Star was great in getting a fair deal. The whole process from start to finish was professional yet it didn't feel like we were in a dealership. Luis, Rusti and Alfred were so courteous and made us feel comfortable and confident about our putchase. I would definitely go back to Lexus of North Miami and purchase another vehicle from the gentlemen and refer them to all of my friends and family. More

Alfred, gave me the best deal in town not to mention goes of out his way to make sure that I am satisfied. Syed is number one in the finance department, always straight forward never any surprizes or hidden fees. What my agreement was is always accurate. I have purchased over 20 cars over the years from this dealer, in addition I refer my family and friends. As long as you have these wonderful employees at your dealership, I will come back everytime I am in the market for a car. I refused to make a deal without them, Alfred understands and is always willing to find me the car that I am intrested in even if it is somewhere else. He will bring the car to the Lexus dealership so that I can complete the transaction. I had been searching for a Certified 2011 Lexus ES 350, when I found my dream car at Lexus of North Miami - Florida. I call and spoke to Alfred Utset, the Sales Manager, and set up an appointment and met when I found my dream car at Lexus of North Miami - Florida. When I saw the vehicle it was even nicer than I imagined and after the test drive I knew I wanted it, Alfred walked me through the process of getting the car so that I could drive it off the lot the same day for a GREAT PRICE! :) He also took care of all of the paperwork. It was a very calm process, and extremely professional at the same time. Alfred Utset disclosed how the various options worked on the car, and I felt very satisfying driving the car home while enjoying the XM Satellite Radio and the Navigation System. Also, few days later Alfred Utset called me to see if I had any questions. I was extremely impressed with my experience at the dealer. I would highly recommend this dealership to future customers. I know that I will be back again. :) More
