I love my new Lexus IS 350, they made the process soo painless. These guys are the best always attention to detail, Enrique throghly explains all of the new features on the car. Alfred, gave me the best deal in town not to mention goes of out his way to make sure that I am satisfied. Syed is number one in the finance department, always straight forward never any surprizes or hidden fees. What my agreement was is always accurate. I have purchased over 20 cars over the years from this dealer, in addition I refer my family and friends. As long as you have these wonderful employees at your dealership, I will come back everytime I am in the market for a car. I refused to make a deal without them, Alfred understands and is always willing to find me the car that I am intrested in even if it is somewhere else. He will bring the car to the Lexus dealership so that I can complete the transaction. Syed you are a finance master you really take the time to go through the paperwork and throughly explain the process. Lexus of North Miami should receive not 5 stars but 10 all the way. More

I had been searching for a Certified 2011 Lexus ES 350, when I found my dream car at Lexus of North Miami - Florida. I call and spoke to Alfred Utset, the Sales Manager, and set up an appointment and met when I found my dream car at Lexus of North Miami - Florida. When I saw the vehicle it was even nicer than I imagined and after the test drive I knew I wanted it, Alfred walked me through the process of getting the car so that I could drive it off the lot the same day for a GREAT PRICE! :) He also took care of all of the paperwork. It was a very calm process, and extremely professional at the same time. Alfred Utset disclosed how the various options worked on the car, and I felt very satisfying driving the car home while enjoying the XM Satellite Radio and the Navigation System. Also, few days later Alfred Utset called me to see if I had any questions. I was extremely impressed with my experience at the dealer. I would highly recommend this dealership to future customers. I know that I will be back again. :) More

Emailed and left a message early one morning. Didn't receive a call until late afternoon. Made an offer on a car, never heard back that day. Not sure how they sell cars...but leaves me to wonder if they come to work to work to socialize or do their jobs. More

My experience purchasing an automobile at Lexus of North Miami was unparalleled! A senior now, that's meaningful, as I've bought quite a few cars in my lifetime. Everyone who helped me from sales to service went out of their way to be accommodating, gracious and did whatever I needed plus then some. Even though my 2005 Lexus 330 is older, it's been kept beautifully, and doesn't look or seem old to me. I love my car so much, I've come to call her "Goldie," as she's gold with cashmere interior and exquisite wood interior. In addition to all that, the facility is amazing - it's brand new with a gym, spa and snack bar to keep you feeling as special as the car you bought while they service it. I couldn't be more pleased! More
