A few years ago we had a significant amount of problems with another "Handy" dealership and had decided to do business with another dealership in our area. When I went in to the dealer ship Ali asked right off if he could help me and he got the ball rolling right off without being pushy. Ali was very informitive and did not make me feel like I was walking into this unprepared. when he went over all the info during the final sale he was very friendly and made sure nothing was missed I would suggest anyone that is going to go to Handy's to ask for Ali as a salesman. I was driving a 2010 Toyota Yaris in no time!! The car was clean and full of gas and I was on my way! More

After experiencing push and shove, though I knew exactly what I was after, I followed my co-workers reccomendation an dealership so went there first. Ali listened to what I wanted and set everything in motion quickly and efficiently. Though I didn't get him to buy me lunch, he provided everything else I needed. After completeing the lease, he familiarized me with service and parts, introducing me to those in charge. I have since been called by Ali to make sure I was thoroughly pleased with my Prius.
