I have been purchasing vehicles for over 40 years for myself, my family and friends. I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had in all those years with the process of buying a vehicle. We all hear the horror stories and I have experienced them with various other dealerships over the years. Ali Mohajer, the sales representative, Chris Sargent, general manager and Lauren Savage, the business development manager were not only very pleasant to work with, they were professional, attentive and very responsive to my emails and questions that I had about the vehicle. Ali was patient, knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns in a very professional manner. Given that I was buying a pre-owned BMW they had on the lot as a recent trade, Ali still handled the whole process like I was getting a brand new high end Audi - it was a great experience! Special "thank you" to Lauren Savage for super prompt communication (on Sunday) about vehicle availability and setting up the initial visit and Kevin Collins on the Finance side for the smooth transaction. Audi Burlington sealed the deal for me because there was no price haggling, easy to work with, and Ali gave me the price I was looking for. The dealership is top-notched and their amenities are great, they even have ice cream! Ali listened to my requirements and he didn't over sell me, gave me what I was looking for. Even though the Audi costs a little more than all the other SUVs I was looking for, it gives me a lot of extra features that others don't offer, ultimately the Audi won me over, and I am a happy new Audi owner. I highly recommend Ali and Audi Burlington. More
