Our salesman, Jake from State Farm and his partner Ali Doust have been nothing short of amazing and that is an understatement. They've been nothing but accommodating and patient and understanding. I can't help but say that we genuinely got the deal of the century with our purchase of the brand new 2022 GV70. The entire process was quick and hassle free. We were able to reach upon the price we were set upon and even got some freebies on top of that. They even offered to drive our vehicle home since my mom can't drive on the freeway, especially at night and we live 50miles away. I can't help but advocate you guys to ask for them when coming to purchase a vehicle. More

So we were having a new baby and was in need of bigger SUV wanting to trade it our smaller Lexus SUV. Jake was our salesman at Cerritos Genesis dealership. He was a true gentleman and was very persistently dedicated to get us a good deal, both on our trade-in and SUV we wanted to purchase. Needless to say we made our purchase three days after our initial contact. He was really accommodating and more than willing to get a deal done, and made our buying smooth, pleasant and stress free. If you are in need of Genesis or Hyundai as your next vehicle, give him a shot you won’t be disappointed. He will frequently follow up with you and do everything he can to help you financially and not just to sell. To be honest I have purchased many cars before and have dealt with many dealerships in the past but one thing about this dealership is also how they also train their finance guys. I am not sure if it’s just me but I always felt that the dealership finance folks were a little grumpy with no emotions as if they don’t care what you are buying and just cares about the paper work. This wasn’t the case here at this dealership. Both Ali and Vito were our finance guys and they were very helpful and friendly, and more importantly they were on the same page as our salesman to make sure we are happy with our purchase. I was very fortunate to have all of them help us along the way. I couldn't be more grateful for their dedication to customer service!! Really the best personal customer service we ever experienced from salesman and finance folks all together, and not just from the salesman. They just went above and beyond on our buying experience with them. They listened to our needs and demands, and they were very accommodating. More
