Friendly, no pressure sales approach by all. Initial call to Currie was an online chat. Wanted to work with a local dealership. Chat was with Suzy. At the dealership, Shadi Salaman led us through the process of defining our needs and wants. During the test ride, explained the many interior/driving features. All helped us decide to take the Escape SE. The sales manager Al, assisted us greatly with the lease option, that we did choose. We felt the final amount paid for the vehicle was a good deal on the purchase price for all the options given. The finance manager Ken, led us through the final paperwork signing, which was kept very painless. Offered us options we could choose to add, which we did. Shadi did a walk around prior to taking the car home, we appreciated, again reviewing the interior options, which like anyone getting into a different car knows, can be confusing to navigate. We left feeling we had a good experience overall making our car purchase. Gives us a good feeling about coming for our standard service on our vehicle during the ownership. Thanks to all involved!
