Everyone at Jerry Ulm CDJR was very helpfull and courteous. My salesman Al Gomez went above and beyond to make sure I was making the right decisions! He took his time and never made me feel rushed. He's very professional and informative! I was also helped by Ali Siklaoui, who is new to the sales department. He gave me great service and attention and went out of his way to make sure everything was going smoothly. If he didn't have the answer to a question at the moment, he made sure I had it before I left. I think he will be a great asset to the dealership! Also, sales manager Mike Gero was very nice and professional during the negotiation process and I felt like I got a fair deal. And a big thanks goes out to sales manager Wade Monroe for smoothing out a rough patch in the deal by suggesting and allowing me to special order a new Ram truck directly from the factory. He even threw in a bonus! I will rate this dealership as "AAA Plus" for overall courtesy, performance and customer satisfaction!
