As soon as we stepped on the lot we knew we were in good hands. Marcela helped us through the entire process from test driving to setting up features in the car before driving off the lot. Ali in Finance explained the service contract options in an easy-to-understand way and ultimately set us up with the service contract that makes the most sense for our needs. We left knowing we got a safe and stylish vehicle for a fair price and that our future servicing needs are covered. Poor customer service. Ali was very rude and condescending after I reviewed my paperwork and decided to remove the additional warranty. I do not recommend to anyone.
