We were so pleased with how things went with the trade-in of our older vehicle and the purchase of our used, but new-to-us SUV, that we decided to buy another vehicle that we liked the following day. Our sales consultant, Jacob Knight, was very friendly, easy-going, and we felt like he really wanted to get us the vehicle we wanted with the conditions we were hoping for. Alex Iniguez, another sales consultant, also helped us a bit while we were there and he was also very friendly and helpful...unfortunately, our interaction was short. Since we purchased two vehicles, we worked with two finance managers: Ali Tanbakuchi and Edgar Medina. Ali was exceptionally personable and great about explaining the terms of the purchase. Edgar was also quite friendly and explained the purchase conditions and paperwork in a way that was easy to understand. The prices of our vehicles were great, but the highlight of our Manly Honda experience was the excellent customer service. More

This is our families third car from this dealer... Ben was easy to work with in finding good price for our car and was able to secure the color and style we wanted from another dealer. After purchasing the car, we had some non-engine issues making it unsafe to drive and we found that it would be 4-6 weeks to fix. Donovan at the service desk was able to find us a comparable loaner and no charge until our new car is repaired. We initial felt that there was a lack of communication on the dealers part, but after voiced our concerns and frustrations Ben and the staff responded positively. Still, we are happy with our car and look forward to driving it home, again. More
