Despite all that I’ve heard about this jeep location, I have been a loyal customer to them since my first lease back in 2016. I seem to have this streak of luck where each time i go back to lease another I have been a loyal customer to them since my first lease back in 2016. I seem to have this streak of luck where each time i go back to lease another truck i get someone better than the last. After my most recent experience with Alise, i think it’s safe to say that i have found my new “go to” salesperson going forward. Alise was excellent from the moment she had introduced herself. Given the circumstances of the current status of the automotive business, i was so frustrated, discouraged and not at all hopeful or confident that i would get back into leasing a new truck, especially through jeep. Typically when you go through the process of buying/leasing, you get this sense of overwhelming pressure from the salesman to just do the deal, however, this was not the case with Alise. She was patient, professional, and extremely honest throughout it all, something i never felt with anyone else. I found comfort with her relaxed demeanor and overall compassion in getting to know her customer (even on a personal level) to the point that she would simply reach out and just follow up on how i was feeling about the deal. I cant forget to give a shout out to Will either! He and Alise make a great team. His patience and honesty throughout the whole deal was truly amazing. If you are in the market for a new car, i most certainly recommend you buy or lease with Alise!! More

My son and I went to Security Dodge one Friday evening to discuss his end of lease/new lease options, and we were introduced to Alise. Alise took the time to connect with him, so she could provide him with the best options for when his lease term ended. Talking with Alise during that interaction felt like we'd been friends for years!! She is extremely positive and her high level of energy is refreshing. She creates such a warm and welcoming environment. She makes discussing lease & lease buy-out options fun, lol. She's very honest, she will not xx you, and she is compassionate. Alise is different from pretty much all other salespeople because she genuinely wants to get-to-know her clientele. She is determined to help in any way that she can, whether it's buying your vehicle at the end of your lease or leasing a new vehicle. She wants to make the customers happy and she shares in their happiness. She is not only conducting business, but she is also building lasting relationships with each person. She is a true professional too; in the time that passed between our first interaction to when my son sat down to sign papers on a new lease, she kept in touch. If I could give Alise an infinite amount of stars, I would!
