Bo, the sales manager helped us turn the experience around as well She earned our business and with Bo's help, saved the dealership our loyalty. She spent 2 hours with me, 2 days after the car sale (because I was unable to spend the time with her in the sale day), to show me all of the bells and whistles on our new van.
