I reached out on a few local Facebook groups and SO MANY PEOPLE recommended reaching out to Alison. Not just Leith Honda, Alison herself in particular. And I am so grateful for that, and I understand entirely why so many people love and trust her with such a major purchase, because she truly made this whole process a breeze. She worked with me and did all that she could to get me in my dream car!! Even though she was sick during the week of purchase she still made it happen. She’s easily reachable and responds right away when you have a question or concern. The woman is a true angel from heaven. Alison was super patient while I vacillated between 4 vehicles. She was never pushy, was very empathetic and understanding. She helped me by showing me everything (really!! lol) that could fit my needs and shortness, and she understood when I got overwhelmed. At her suggestion, I went home, came back another day and (finally) picked a vehicle!She was very professional, funny, and made the entire process fun! She's the go to person when you need something done quickly and professionally. I purchased my first Honda Accord (used) from Leith Honda approx 7 years ago and it was one of the best purchases I've ever made. However, that vehicle had close to 300,000 miles on it and it was time to get another one. I told her everything I needed and wanted with this purchase and she got busy to help me make it happen. The car that she found for me was not at her location so she referred me to James McKimmon at Auto park Chrysler Jeep who was just as professional and helpful as she is. I was able to drive home yesterday in another used Honda Accord in really good condition with no money down and a car payment under $200. Yeah!!!! Thanks Alison...You rock!!! More
