She treated me like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot even though I was looking for a used car to fit our budget. She took a lot of time showing me all the features of the car (which was not a Honda), took me on a great test drive, and explained things without being pushy. She took the car to my mechanic for a pre-purchase check and kept me updated throughout the process. She even took time after the deal was done and she was “off the clock” to help me pair my phone and set radio stations before we drove off the lot.
