New tires! I was pleasantly surprised when shopping around for new tires and never expected to have my Honda Pilot serviced at a Ford dealer!! Of all the places I was pleasantly surprised when shopping around for new tires and never expected to have my Honda Pilot serviced at a Ford dealer!! Of all the places that I shopped around at, Quick Lane at Apple Ford was the cheapest and they were able to get my tires in the next day so I decided to give them a try. When I arrived early in the morning they were pretty busy, but I was quickly greeted and taken care of right away. Allan was very friendly and took care of everything for me including the mail in rebate! He explained the process and gave me a discount on the wheel alignment. After getting the car back the tires looked great. Driving home was even better as everything was perfectly aligned and balanced. Although Allan probably won't be able to get me to trade in my Honda for a Ford, at least not yet, the customer service and quality of work was excellent and I will definitely be back! More

At 926am the oil change was finished, and there was time to do a scheduled maintenance Power Steering flush since the car was in the service bay. At 1005AM I was back in the car. Nice people, prompt and efficient service. Great job! More

Always great service!e I purchased my vehicle from Apple Ford in 2006 and have continued to have it serviced at the same location since then. I have always had a great expe I purchased my vehicle from Apple Ford in 2006 and have continued to have it serviced at the same location since then. I have always had a great experience with everyone that I have dealt with whether it was Allan or Joe in the Fast Lane or Steve or any of the guys in the full service lane. The facility is clean and they take care not to mess the interior of the vehicle with grease, etc. I am always treated professionally and usually always greeted by name. The shuttle drivers that take me to/from my work location are also always courteous. I would recommend Apple Ford to everyone. More

He and all Apple Ford Service and Sales always do everything possible to keep customers happy and coming back. They exclusively service all three of our Ford vehicles and we plan to continue to buy all future Fords from Apple. It is a very large dealership but it is personal and friendly like family whenever we are there. When he sees us, Chip, the owner, always comes over and personally greets us. A business that so goes out of its way to serve it customers and its Columbia and Howard County community deserves the success Apple Ford is experiencing! Gary Hamer More

On Saturday I purchased my third used vehicle from Apple Ford Lincoln. I had been actively looking for a used truck. While on the Apple Ford website, I saw a few trucks I was interested in. I submitted a Ford Lincoln. I had been actively looking for a used truck. While on the Apple Ford website, I saw a few trucks I was interested in. I submitted an email request. My salesperson Sharmba Mitchell replied within a few minutes. He had the perfect truck, with low miles. We scheduled an appointment for a test drive and headed to Columbia. We arrived early and Sharmba was busy with other customers. John another salesmen stepped right in helped us locate the truck on the lot, brought us the keys and assisted with questions. The sales staff are a true team. We drove the truck and Sharmba was right, it was the perfect truck. Sharmba had the paperwork I had submitted online ready and we finalized the deal. Lindsey was very helpful providing us with prices for a cap and running boards. In the finance office Tim worked those numbers into a great deal offering a lot of great extra warranties. Realizing these warranties were a great idea but we were trying to stay within our monthly payment budget so we were declining. In walked Don the finance director and when all was said and done, payments were right where we wanted them and it included every possible warranty available. It is amazing how they are able to offer used cars that look perfectly new, have low mileage and an affordable price. While we were there shopping for the truck, my mustang was in the service area getting a free oil change and car wash. What a Deal :) ! Afterward the truck purchase, my mustang was ready in the service department and Allan reviewed the paperwork with me. A multi point inspection was completed, oil change and car wash both done. Allan told me everything looks great, but watch your tires, they will need replaced soon. Customer for life is Apple Ford Lincoln's motto, they must be talking about me! More

Quick lane service was completed within promised time. I like making an appointment online with a follow-up email confirmation/reminder. Replaced a dead battery. I spoke with Allan Schwartzman about my situation and he urged me to bring my car in. The battery was replaced within about 30 minutes. Wow! I did not receive, however, any written information about the battery other than the receipt. Mr. Schwartzman did state that the battery carries a 100 month warranty and roadside service is included. That's very good. More
