I declined, and the next time I took my car in for a free oil change the battery they said was failing previously was magically testing fine now. If you get oil changes here ALWAYS decline the maintenance they try and upsell you. My wife was duped when they said her rear brake pads were low and needed to be replaced. She agreed to have the brake pads replaced. When she picked up her car they billed her $700 for flushing the brake lines, and new pads and rotors More

First, I want to say that I have been a customer of Apple Ford for many years, decades even. My sons were little when they had the popcorn machine in the lobby. They always wanted to go to Apple Ford with Ford for many years, decades even. My sons were little when they had the popcorn machine in the lobby. They always wanted to go to Apple Ford with me whenever I planned to go. Over the years, my sons had grown up. They needed vehicles, too. So, again we have been Apple Ford customers for generations… well, mine and my sons’ generations. One of my sons recently had issues with his Ford Taurus SHO. He diligently researched YouTube videos, ran a FixD diagnostic, and even hired a professional mechanic to run a thorough diagnostic with advanced tools. He tried everything to get the vehicle working, but nothing resolved the issue. He bought a new batter, changed the spark plugs, and replaced the air filter. He bought a couple parts (Fuel Pump Relay Module, Direct Injection High Pressure Fuel Pump) from Apple Ford that cost him about $1,000. My son doesn’t make much money, but he was determined to fix his vehicle. He finally gave up and had it towed to Apple Ford. It took them a couple days, but they told him that 2 cylinders had low compression, and it would cost $10,000 to replace the engine block. Okay, so what are the options? Well, it cannot stay on the lot or Apple Ford would start charging storage fees. Okay, no biggie. He asked about trading it in on a used car off their lot. Afterall, the vehicle Blue Books around $16,000. Surely, subtracting the cost of a new engine ($10,000) would net approximately $6,000 for the good parts of the vehicle. Remember the parts he purchased from Apple Ford remain on the vehicle, and the original parts (which are likely still good) are also in the vehicle somewhere. The very best Apple Ford could do was give him $500 (Yes, five hundred) credit toward an overpriced user vehicle on the lot. Apple Ford mechanics cannot fix cars. They can replace parts. Find yourself a real mechanic elsewhere, and save some money doing it, too. More

For the most recent repair I am now 3 trips in, 2 of which I had to get my 3 and 5 yr old out of the house by 6:45 am, and the car is still worse off than when I brought it in originally. They have even found a way to screw up an oil change and a car wash. Dont buy from here, dont take it here for service. More

I came in to get a tire replaced and not only did he get me in & out within a hour but he also priced matched walmarts price to save me money without me having to ask. I was impressed by the way David handled numerous customers ( either dropping off or service was finished). Also, he was the only service advisor in quicklane at the time. More

Next visit will be better I came in a few weeks ago and ben took my keys to get my oil change done. As i was waiting i was watching him and his coworker work. I noticed that th I came in a few weeks ago and ben took my keys to get my oil change done. As i was waiting i was watching him and his coworker work. I noticed that the tall guy was going into detail about what was getting done and was talking to customers about damage he saw on their cars but nothing was said to me (I have 2 dents o. My drivers doors) So time went by and the tall guy was keeping people updated about the progress of their cars which also included get inspection reports gone over. After about an hr and a half Ben called me up to tell me was car was done and everything looked "good". No inspection report was given to me.Dave (the tall guy) was reviewing paperwork and inspections while I was just handed keys and told to have a nice day. I pulled Dave aside before I left and asked him why service thru him was so different than Ben. He apologised and offered to review my paperwork with me but I didn't have time at that moment. He did give me his card and told me to call with any questions I may have had. He said there is more than 1 dave and i should ask for "tall dave" Ben said about a total of 10 words to me total and David was much more detailed with his customers which made me feel like I got over looked. I called back a few days later and dave went over my inspection with me over the phone. He pointed out that my tires and front breaks would be due next visit (Ben never said anything about that). David was easy to talk with and took time to answer all my silly questions I have had about my car. Next service you can bet I'll be seeing "tall dave" More

Trustworthy Dave was very knowledgeable about my car and knew exactly what service I needed. He didn’t try to make me do any work that wasn’t necessary either.
