This was by far the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience ever. Business (trade-in of our vehicle and purchase of new vehicle) was taken care of by phone and email before we ever left the house. experience ever. Mr. Cook got in the car with us and explained EVERYTHING in great detail, which took a while because this vehicle is packed with options, amenities, safety features and creature comforts and he went over every single one!
