This was by far the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience ever. Business (trade-in of our vehicle and purchase of new vehicle) was taken care of by phone and email before we ever left the house. experience ever. We made the 3 hour trek to the dealership and when we arrived the car was waiting on us and all paperwork was done and ready to be signed. Every detail was just as promised, no surprises. Mr. Cook got in the car with us and explained EVERYTHING in great detail, which took a while because this vehicle is packed with options, amenities, safety features and creature comforts and he went over every single one!
