I also came to believe that the lending institution (Wells Fargo), the dealership, and the warranty company were working in coordination in a way that steered my purchase and financing toward options I didn’t fully understand or agree with. Overall, the experience left me uneasy and has made me consider other dealerships in the area for future vehicle purchases. More

The salesman lied about rust underneath car. Was asked directly if there was any rust concerns and he said none. 6 months later, 400 miles total driven and garaged every day, returned on 1/3/25 Was asked directly if there was any rust concerns and he said none. 6 months later, 400 miles total driven and garaged every day, returned on 1/3/25 for 10,000 mile service. Same dealership inspection showed substantial rust underneath car. I went straight to GM. He said that Allen was gone. Said he would offer 11,000 on trade in for car I just bought under false pretenses from them for 16,000 6 months and 400 miles ago. So basically, Allen is a liar and the dealership overall takes no responsibility and attempts to further add insult to injury. I will never do business with them again and I’d caution others to reconsider as well. Buyer beware! More
