He was super nice over the phone and I knew I wanted him to help me find the vehicle I wanted. My husband and I met with him today and we immediately felt comfortable and at ease looking around for a car with him. He was knowledgeable with all of the vehicles we inquired about and let us test drive a car. Ty was never pushy and did not pressure us into buying a vehicle. Ty was so patient even after so asked him many questions. He showed us how to use all of the features in the car. My husband and I decided to buy the Honda Accord Sedan Touring model. We met the Internet Manager, Allen Nouri. He was also very nice. He was able to work with us on our trade-in vehicle and was fair with the overall price for the vehicle. My husband had to leave so I met the Business Manager, Peter Balint who did the financing for me. He was so friendly and explained all of the paperwork clearly. He worked with me on purchasing an extended warranty for 84 months or 125,000 miles. I was surprised to find out that I had to purchase the alarm on my new vehicle because I thought the car would already come with one. I was reluctant to purchase the alarm, but after speaking with Peter, he explained it well and I decided to get it. I have purchased many vehicles in the past, but I have never received such excellent service from a dealership as Norm Reeves of Cerritos Honda. Thank you for making my buying experience a pleasure and getting me the car that I wanted. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a Honda to use this dealership. I would prefer the salesmen say upfront, "add 1k to price to include the sounding alarm because without it, there is no alarm. There is only an engine kill so the car won't start if someone breaks in." More

Dishonest and tricked customer from the internet sale dep. Allen and Ty are the sale men that I was dealing with. Both of them were lie to me for sign the credit application documents while I am want to pay of Allen and Ty are the sale men that I was dealing with. Both of them were lie to me for sign the credit application documents while I am want to pay off by cash. At first, Ty told me that I need to sign those applications for DMV verification (????) , and then Allen told me that I have to sign those credit applications for the IRS verify for my cash (???). The reason that they trick me to sign for those credit applications was for financing so that they can charge me the interest. Because they can't increasing the price with the charged for destination & handling charge (they promised me to match with the offered that I got from the other dealer which is including the destination & handling charged). People who are not understand English and familiar with the legal documents will fall into their trap of the higher price for car. So, please watch out and more careful to deal with both of them More
