I worked with Alan Oxley who never seem to be pushy and had complete product knowledge on the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I made several trips to the dealership before I decided on which vehicle to purchase, each time I was greeted with a smile and a handshake and introduced to the management staff which made me feel at rest. I felt that this was the place and people I wanted to do business with. Alan gave me the best possible price and informed me of all the incentives that would help in the purchase. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealer and ask to speak to Alan, this is the way salespeople should conduct business. More

I have taken my vehicle for service at Hines Park for several years, and the customer service has always been great. Recently, when it came time to replace my car, they were the obvious choice. The salesman worked with me (patiently!) as I pondered a used vehicle, then decided to purchase new. Unlike other salespeople I have worked with, Allen was completely no-pressure. I was not inundated with phone calls or emails; he made sure I knew he was there for my needs and to answer my questions, but left me in peace to make my decision. Once I had made my choice, he worked hard to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was unfailingly polite and eager to assist me while there. More
