Always quick and work done correctly DePaula made car buying a pleasure. But after buying, service is what's important. They always accommodate my times. Excellent choice for an Internet oriented purchase and trade I search out 100 miles from Kingston and fashion a deal with a proposed trade in valuation and then choose a deal. Some dealers although they are on the net want you to drive by and present your trade before a proposition. Driving by and kicking tires is so 90s, I don't know why they bother. Dealt with Allen and Alberto and fashioned a deal that could be rejected by either party at the sale. Next day was in and out in an hour with a new SUV. A little noticed benefit is DePaula will take up to 3000 deposit on a card so if you have cashback , that's a dinner out with the wife. I am a happy camper and will be back. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever I have bought many cars over the years. I had a complicated 2 car trade made more difficult by distance from DePaula ford (3 hours). I explained this I have bought many cars over the years. I had a complicated 2 car trade made more difficult by distance from DePaula ford (3 hours). I explained this to the sale associat and they put me right in touch with the sales managers to complete the deal. Eric was great to work with. We assessed my trades via pictures and vin look ups. Agreed on a price for the new truck and they delivered and picked up for a small fee savings me 6+ hours of car time. DePaula does not mark up new Raptors like many of the local dealers here in NJ. Fair honest and direct. I will buy from them again for sure! More

The vehicle inspection was not valid. Car had safety issue! Check everything over. All s safety issues including lug nuts on a wheel because they got away with it and I'm sure everybody else is don't buy a car Check everything over. Caused him to failan inspection first one after purchase and get a ticket during time taken to fix it. All are responsible as the team works together. More

Great experiance and a great deal. Of the three dealerships I contacted online, they were the only ones to not only contact me, but to follow up. I made an appointment to look at a truc Of the three dealerships I contacted online, they were the only ones to not only contact me, but to follow up. I made an appointment to look at a truck I thought was out of my range. I wasn't even planning on driving the truck. But when they handed me a paper with my potential lease payments, I was shocked. I ended up driving out with the truck I wanted with a lower payment than the vehicle I was currently leasing. And that vehicle cost was almost $7000 less when I leased it. I know the buy out price in the end will more than make up the $7000 difference, but I'll probably just lease again. My wife's lease runs out in a couple months, We'll be back for a Mazda this time. Oh yea, my appointment was at 10:00 am, and I drove away at around 3:30 or so in my new truck. It was a Saturday, and it took them some time to transfer my insurance and prep the truck. To pass some of the time they even had us go to a great place nearby for lunch and covered the bill. Next time we're going for dinner. Sadly, I can't remember the finance guy by name, but he was great too. Everything was in order, he explained everything and made the process simple. One last thing, two days after my purchase, I finally get a message from the third dealer I had contacted a week before. The one I was previously leasing from, apologizing for somehow missing my email. I wanted to, but I didn't bother to return his call. More
