I cannot say enough about the extremely positive car buying experience I had with Paramount Genesis/Hyundai of Hickory, and particularly with salesman Jose Martinez. Having located online the exact veh buying experience I had with Paramount Genesis/Hyundai of Hickory, and particularly with salesman Jose Martinez. Having located online the exact vehicle I was looking for, I was initially skeptical about moving forward given that I live some distance from the dealer. How would I know this new to me vehicle was worth the effort given that I was not able to inspect it in person? Everything from my initial inquiry about the vehicle to every step in completing the purchase was pleasant, stress free and enjoyable.. Jose graciously answered numerous texts, phone calls and request for photos, information, etc. When I arrived to see the car and complete the purchase, the car was exactly as described and meeting Jose in person only solidified that I was making the right decision. He is truly the nice, professional and friendly person I had experienced when working with him online and remotely. As I drove away in my new purchase, I thought how nice it would be if every there were more individuals like Jose who were committed to providing such excellent customer service.
